We’re a very friendly bunch, from regulars who’ve barely missed a session to newbies sweating for the first time in years, one thing’s for certain, you’re welcome here. We even have entire families that workout together, how cool is that?

The good news is, everyone’s so busy focusing on making their own bodies move, no one’s watching what you’re up to so there’s no need to feel self conscious or worried about tripping up. There’s too much sweat in our eyes to notice.

With versatile and accessible classes suitable whatever your fitness level, you’ll soon be hooked, making your body lean, fit, strong and feeling fantastic. In fact, I’m so confident you’ll love it, your first class is FREE.

This resistance class is all about improving the strength of your core. Get ready to feel the burn.

This resistance class is all about your legs, bum and tum, helping you build and tone muscles.

Duration: 30 minutes

Main Focus: Calorie burning, Improves aerobic health, Targets problem areas

Get lean and toned in this express resistance class.

Main Focus: Aids weight loss, Boosts metabolism, Lowers inflammation, Increases bone density, Increases muscular strength and endurance

FBX (Fat Burn Extreme)

A maximum intensity class using only bodyweight exercises to emulsify fat and tone muscles.  Boosts metabolism, improves speed, power, and strength.

Duration: 20 minutes

Circuits

Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. The circuits involve all body exercises that use a combination of body weight, resistance bands and weights. This fun and exciting class keeps you on your toes ensuring a new challenging workout week on week.

Duration: 40 Minutes

Main Focus: : Improves muscular endurance and strength, builds muscle, improves cardiovascular endurance, offers a full body workout, improves mood, and promotes weight loss.

Equipment Needed: A towel is advised

Hard work is what it takes to reach your goals, but I believe in adding a load of fun into the mix to make the pain bearable (and even enjoyable) for all the right reasons.

Your legs may feel like jelly after my class but the buzz you’ll have will make it worthwhile and more. But don’t just take my word for it.
