General and Health

  • I understand that it is recommended that I should consult with a physician before changing my diet, starting any workout or exercise program, or taking supplements of any kind.
  • I understand that I should consult my physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for my needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problems that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your health care provider advises against it.
  • I understand if I have any concerns or questions about my health, I should always consult with a health care provider immediately.
  • I understand that a health questionnaire must be completed, and any health/injury concerns or queries discussed prior to embarking on the challenge.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my coach of any ailments, injuries or changes to my personal health that may affect my ability to undertake sessions.

Exercise Classes

  • I understand that all the exercises should be executed at my own pace and that all activities have progressions and regressions. I understand I should pick a level that is suitable for me and my current fitness levels.
  • I understand if I experience symptoms of faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising I should stop immediately.
  • I acknowledge that participation in exercise involves an inherent risk of personal injury.
  • In the event of any injuries occurring as a result of attendance to any classes lead by Claire Louise Fitness that she is released from any liability now, or in the future, for conditions that may be obtained from participation.
  • I understand I should follow the instructions given by my instructor at all times, and ensure I perform activities using the correct technique as shown by my instructor. This includes online classes accessed through the private Facebook page.
  • I understand that all Claire Louise Fitness classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • Claire Louise Fitness face to face sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy on face-to-face classes and this also applies to clients undertaking challenges. Failure to abide by the cancellation policy will result in a £4 charge per class missed.
  • I understand that Claire Louise Fitness reserves the right to cancel, change, or amend any face-to-face exercise classes at any time.
  • I understand that any classes completed using the ‘Claire Louise Fitness Prime’ page on Facebook are done so entirely at my own risk, and that is it my responsibility to ensure a safe working environment, safe equipment, and to follow the instructions given during the virtual class

In signing this consent form, I confirm that I have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined as well as acknowledging I have a sound understanding of what is involved in the classes I am participating in.  I confirm I have completed a PAR Q/health questionnaire (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction

Clothing/Products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

If you wish to make a change to a product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Shipping costs. The costs of shipping will be as displayed to you on our website.  You will pay the cost of shipping.  If the products never arrive at the shipping address you gave us when placing your order, we will refund the shipping costs.

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund, providing the garment is in sellable condition with the tags still attached. Any item returned in a non saleable manner cannot be refunded.  The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs if appropriate.

When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.  If the products are goods we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of any products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

When you own goods. You own a product once we have received payment in full.  What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply products to you, e.g. your name, billing address, postal address. This will have been stated on our website when you purchase the relevant products. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may end the contract with you. We will not be responsible for supplying products late or not supplying any part of a product if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
